Contract Updates: Adapting for Growth

The annual 5% price adjustment for NET+ LabArchives contracts went into effect on October 30th to support ongoing platform improvements, ensuring it continues to meet the needs of our research and academic community. In addition, proposed updates to the Customer Agreement—the first since our partnership began in 2014—are under review. These changes aim to align with evolving obligations and institutional use cases. Over 50 institutions benefit from this collective agreement, which continues to drive cost efficiencies for all program participants. Stay tuned for further updates as the review process moves forward.

LabArchives Updates

LabArchives achieved its first NIH “Authority to Operate” (ATO), boosting credibility and adoption across HHS entities. The SAB also addressed the impacts of NIH Data Management and Sharing Policies, decentralization challenges, and roadmap priorities based on community feedback.
