Updates on LabArchives Security & Compliance

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has selected LabArchives as the first-ever site-licensed electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) at the NIH. In accordance with Memorandum M-19-21, the NIH is working to phase out paper notebooks. The initial pilot of 1,000 users at the NIH was quickly scaled to 4,000 research users, and LabArchives earned an A+ support rating for its proven implementation approach.

LabArchives' Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP®) application, sponsored by the National Cancer Institute of the NIH, has achieved "In-Process" designation. This news is a critical milestone on the path to attaining FedRAMP authorization. LabArchives for Government is now listed on the FedRAMP Marketplace and will operate as a trusted partner to federal agencies upon authorization.
